Absolutely such a gorgeous necklace. And also the pulling action and re-attachment has been (so far) a very satisfying non-destructive behaviour. I'm really hopeful to engrain this action instead of my disordered picking. I feel like the best part is how much it doesnt look like a fidget toy; its instead an extremely elegant necklace. Habits take time and a lot of repetitions to engrain -- and I know it will be a long fight to create these new pathways in my brain to pull this instead... But I have a lot of hope now.

My wife was struggling with pulling her hair. And it was affecting how she felt about herself. I got one of the fidget rings for her as well but it wasn’t quite as satisfying or as adequate of a replacement. This necklace is the closest feeling to actual pulling in a fidget "toy" that I've ever found. Its already been a tremendous help and it looks so nice as well. It's very well made, and though the chain looks delicate, it's very very sturdy (my toddler yanks on it all the time and it hasn't snapped yet!) The seller is very quick to respond and help with any questions or concerns. I absolutely love this necklace and have recommended it to everyone I know.
